NEWS

I AM PLEASED TO BE ABLE TO OFFER ONE TO ONE EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION PLANS (IN PERSON OR ONLINE) AND GROUP EXERCISE IN PERSON CLASSES.

Choose between the following one to one classes:

Clinical Yoga

I take you through a warm up sequence and then into postures to help you become more mobile in the areas that you require. We finish with a relaxation sequence and savasana.

Lu Jong Tibetan Yoga Five Elements Practice

This practice begins with the nine breaths exercise and self massage. I then take you through the movements for each of the five elements. All movements are standing, so that we are load bearing, which is beneficial for the joints. Movements are slow and controlled to develop muscle strength, improve balance and stimulate the internal organs. We finish with relaxation positions and meditation.

Mind & Body Wellbeing

Incorporating TFT tapping techniques for a positive mindset, energy activation exercise and a range of exercises designed to strengthen the muscles, mobilise the joints, optimise the lymphatic system, and improve balance and mobility. The class finishes with breathwork, relaxation techniques and a mindfulness meditation.

Group Exercise Classes:

ZEST - Energise, Strengthen and Tone

Fun varied dance steps, to music that makes you want to move. I incorporate salsa, mambo, samba, cha cha, belly dancing, line dancing and jive styles to improve strength, stability and balance.

This 60 minute class starts at 10.30am on Wednesdays at Hermitage Park Community Centre, Cranford Road, Allington ME16 9FZ. Near Maidstone Hospital.

WELCOME TO
HANDS ON FOR HEALTH

the natural way to care for your health and wellbeing

Feeling achy, and having tight, stiff muscles can impact your quality of life, family relationships and your mental health. Clients often blame getting older for some degree of discomfort, but this does not have to be the case.

Since 2004, I have been helping clients manage their discomfort, improve their mobility, and their mental and physical wellbeing. I provide a wide range of advanced therapeutic treatments, that use a lighter touch, which may help with soft tissue injuries, pain management, digestive issues, sleep, stress, anxiety, and depression.

My aim is to assist you to recover quickly and remain injury free. Regular treatment can help you achieve and maintain optimum health and a sense of wellbeing

Complementary therapies should not be used in place of conventional medical care. Always consult a GP or other health professional for medical attention and advice.
