NEWS

I AM PLEASED TO BE ABLE TO OFFER GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES

OR ONE TO ONE EXERCISE PLANS.

Mind & Body Wellbeing classes run every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 9.30am for 30 minutes on Zoom.

I incorporate TFT tapping techniques to set you up with a positive mindset for the day, move onto a varied warm up and then an energy activation exercise. I use a range of exercises designed to strengthen the muscles, lubricate the joints, optimise the lymphatic system, and improve balance and mobility.

We finish with some breath work, relaxation techniques and mindful meditation. Classes are varied, fun, friendly and inclusive.

WELCOME TO
HANDS ON FOR HEALTH

the natural way to care for your family

Many people put up with feeling achy, and having tight, stiff muscles. This can impact on your quality of life, family relationships and mental health. The majority of my new clients carry tension in their back, neck and shoulders or have been experiencing pain for some time. They often blame getting older for some degree of discomfort, but this does not have to be the case.

Since 2004, I have been helping clients manage their pain and tension, improve their mobility, and their mental and physical wellbeing. I provide a range of advanced therapeutic massage treatments, that use lighter touch, which may help with soft tissue injuries, pain management, stress, anxiety and depression.

My aim is to help you to recover quickly and remain injury free in the future. Regular treatment can help you achieve and maintain long-term health and wellbeing -  enabling you to be more active, walk longer distances, return to a sport you love, or improve your quality of life, so that you can "lead your best life". Many of my clients have been with me for over 10 years, and I have been credited with benefits from helping them avoid surgery, to improving their golf swing!

Complementary therapies should not be used in place of conventional medical care. Always consult a GP or other health professional for medical attention and advice.
