Q Will Sports Massage hurt?
If you have an injury, everything possible will be done to make you comfortable during the treatment. Towels will be used to support you as you lie or sit.
Treatment will be gentle, building gradually as dictated by your feedback whilst working. I aim to make the treatments as painfree as possible. My philosphy is that treatment does not have to be painful to be effective.
Q If I need to cancel my appoinment is there a cancellation fee?
I ask that you give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. If you fail to show for an appointment or cancel within 24hrs you will be asked to pay your appointment fee as a late cancellation charge, An appointment card is always provided to remind you of your appointment and a reminder text can be sent if requested prior to your appointment.
Q Do you accept credit card payments?
Payments can only be made by cash or cheque
Q I'm not a member of the gyms that you hold your clinics at. Can I still come to see you there?
Non members are welcome at each venue
